What this service includes

  • Complete review of income, fixed expenses, debts and savings, with a household cash flow statement
  • A monthly budget you can actually follow, built around irregular or seasonal income when that is your case
  • Debt review: balances, interest rates and a repayment order that fits your priorities
  • Savings goals with a plan for each one: emergency fund, home down payment, a child's education, a business start-up
  • Coordination with your tax situation, so the plan accounts for estimated payments and refunds, plus a follow-up session to adjust

Who it is for

  • Families in Pembroke Pines or Miramar with two incomes who never seem to know where the money went at the end of the month
  • Independent workers and small-business owners in Miami whose income changes with the season and who need a budget that survives the slow months
  • Newcomers to South Florida, from another state or another country, who want to understand credit, banking and cost of living here before making big decisions

Customized financial planning to achieve stability and long-term security.

Serving Miami and all of South Florida

Two offices, one team, and clients from Homestead to Fort Lauderdale.

Living costs in Miami-Dade and Broward have climbed faster than most paychecks, and a large share of local income is seasonal or self-employed, which makes a plain monthly budget hard to keep. Our planning sessions in Palmetto Bay and Sunrise are built around that reality: irregular income, high rent and insurance costs, remittances to family abroad and the goal of eventually buying a home. We work in English and Spanish, and we do not sell insurance, investments or loans, so the plan is only about what works for you.

Visits are by appointment. Most of the work can also be done remotely.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about this service. For anything else, call us or ask the assistant.

What does personal financial planning in Miami include?

A complete review of income, fixed expenses, debts and savings; a monthly budget built around your real income pattern; a debt repayment order; a plan for each savings goal; and coordination with your taxes. You leave with a written plan and a follow-up session to adjust it.

Is this investment advice?

No. We are not investment advisers and we do not recommend specific stocks, funds or products. We help you organize your cash flow, debt and savings goals; if you need a licensed adviser for investments, we help you prepare the questions to ask.

Who is financial planning for? Do I need a high income?

No. Most of our clients in Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Kendall are working families and independent workers who simply want to know where the money goes and how to reach a goal: an emergency fund, a first home, a child's education. The lower or more irregular the income, the more a plan helps.

What do I need to bring to the first session?

Recent pay stubs or income records, bank and credit card statements, a list of debts with balances and rates, your regular bills and, if you have them, your last tax return and any savings or retirement account statements. If you are not sure what to bring, bring what you have and we work from there.

My income is different every month. Can you still build a plan?

Yes, and that is the most common case we see in South Florida. We plan around your average and your lowest months, set aside for taxes and slow periods, and adjust the plan as real numbers come in. Our personal tax planning service handles the estimated payments side of that same plan.

Can you help me get out of debt?

We review every balance, its rate and its minimum payment, and build a repayment order that fits your budget and your priorities. We do not lend, consolidate or negotiate on your behalf; if a consolidation loan or a hardship program makes sense, we explain what to look for and help you prepare the application through our external funding service.

How much does personal financial planning in Miami cost?

It depends on how much ground we cover: a single-income household with two goals is simpler than a family with a business, remittances abroad and several debts. We explain the scope and what you receive in the first conversation, before any work starts. Contact us

Do you offer sessions in Spanish, and remotely?

Yes. Sessions take place at our Palmetto Bay or Sunrise office or by video call, in English or Spanish, and the written plan comes in the language you choose. Many newcomers to Miami-Dade and Broward use the first session just to understand credit, banking and the cost of living here.
